Utility Billing Information

Water, Sewer and Garbage rates! Water--meter charge is 30.00 a month and water per gallon is $4.00 per thousand. Meter rent is $2.50 per month. Sewer charge is $12.00 per month. Garbage charge is $15.50 per month for residential and commercial is charged by the yard of their dumpster. Street charge is $1.00 per month.

Welk Park and Swimming Pool

Swimming pool is open from June 1st to the middle of August. Hours are 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Swimming lessons are available. For more information call 701-336-9687. Welk Park is right beside the pool. Picnic benches are available and playground equipment for the children.

Strasburg Care Center is licensed for 76 skilled beds.

St. A's provides telemedicine for residents and area people.

Strasburg Care Center employs about 100 employees, including people from Strasburg, Hague, Zeelan, Linton, Hazelton, Pollock, SD and Herreid, SD areas. They also employ college students and high school students from the areas to work in the summertime,on their vacations and some week-ends.

Linton Hospital, 10 miles to the north, has up-to-date medical services, with medical transport to any major medical facility.

Strasburg Care Center has volunteered to be an emergency shelter for when we have electrical outages.
